The www.aprilmason.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by APRIL MASON, LLC. www.aprilmason.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.aprilmason.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
The content within The Teach Me How to Date CEO VIP Academy, www.aprilmason.com, The Feminine CEO Academy, or any April Mason webinars or virtual events is access only. Replays of virtual events are access only. Downloadable webinars, challenges and course materials are available only 30 days from the time of enrollment.
Your access will continue as long as you are an active member. Video content may not be downloaded; however, all PDF content is downloadable and allowed.
Payments are withdrawn every 30 days from the date you sign up from the credit or debit card on file.
If your initial payment is declined, and an automatic email will be sent to notify you. If, after the second attempt, your payment is declined, your membership may be canceled.
If your membership is canceled, you can re-enroll. If you signed up using a special offer, this offer cannot be reinstated.
If your payment method declines regularly, we reserve the right to cancel your membership without notice.

to cancel your membership. We do not offer refunds, and you will be removed from the membership platform and private community immediately.

April Mason, LLC provides online courses, webinars, subscriptions, private coaching, group coaching, and apparel.

You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription to the Teach Me How to Date VIP Academy at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, access to content is immediately revoked. All digital product sales are non-refundable. Due to COVID 19, all apparel sales are final. All coaching sessions are non-refundable unless April Mason, LLC cancels.
